Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be genuinely happy with your order. If it's not right for you, here's how returns work.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the condition you received it - used to test it out is fine, but it should be free of damage not caused by normal inspection, and returned with all original accessories and packaging where possible.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@caulven.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you the return shipping address and any instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, since we can't issue a refund for a return that doesn't reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@caulven.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping in this case and send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Warranty Claims
Applicable products are covered by the warranty term listed on their product page, separate from this return window. For warranty claims after your 30-day return period has ended, email support@caulven.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable.
Non-Returnable Situations
We can't accept returns for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair attempts, or normal wear and tear outside of the warranty terms above.
