Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders to the countries listed above.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 6-8 business days of purchase. This includes processing time before your order ships. Delivery estimates are business days and don't include weekends or public holidays in the destination country.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information where available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@caulven.com.
Customs and Import Fees
For orders shipped outside your local warehouse region, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We're not able to predict what these charges will be, as they vary by country and local customs policy.
Delays
While we make every effort to meet the delivery window above, delays can occasionally happen due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we'll look into it.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
