Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Processing includes quality checks, packaging, and preparing your Torrent R1 for transit. During high-demand periods or promotional launches, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always notify you by email if there's a delay on our end.

Shipping time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 6-8 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Shipping cost
We offer free shipping on all Torrent R1 orders, worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. If your country isn't listed, reach out to us at support@caulven.com and we'll let you know if shipping to your region is possible.

Tracking your order
As soon as your Torrent R1 ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within the expected processing window, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages
While we work with trusted carriers, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, customs, or high shipping volume. If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, email us at support@caulven.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right — whether that means a replacement, a refund, or another resolution that works for you.
